Ark7 is an architecture firm with ten employees in the district of Punavuori in Helsinki. The firm was established in 2000. Led by Vesa Laukkanen and Mikko Rosti, the firm began to develop and grow actively in 2012. Ever since, our strength has continued to increase annually.
Where necessary, we collaborate with our friends TREA Team for Resilient Architecture, Arkkitehtitoimisto L-N, or Arkitektbyrå Krister Andersson.
We are a youthful, tight-knit community where no one is left behind.

Our design work focuses on residential development. We participate in various stages of residential development projects, ranging from land-use and development planning to production design.
In addition to residential projects, we have also produced designs for renovations, conversions, and office buildings.

Where
The projects we have designed are primarily located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. We are also involved in on-going projects in other towns and cities in southern Finland.
Our office is located on Punavuorenkatu in the center of Helsinki.

We engage in long-term cooperation with various residential developers. Our personnel and experience allow us to offer designs for even larger projects.

In our work, we emphasize internal teamwork and cooperation with other design sector operators. Typically, our client is closely involved in the direction of the design process and the project is completed together through dialog. The design work utilizes building information modeling, using the latest design software.
